I paid about less than I expected, and it worked fine for my exam. Happy with it overall

To be fair, they did fix my issue and the final result was fine. That said, the whole process took way longer than I expected, and I had to keep chasing for updates because replies were slow. I’m glad it’s sorted now, but the communication could definitely be better.

The security checks were definitely strict, but that’s just how these online proctoring things always are. They felt fair, though, and I didn’t have any issues logging in. The whole test setup seemed well protected, so I’d use it again if I had to do another proctored exam online
